Meet Dr. Low

Dr. Low completed Plastic Surgery Residency Training at the University of Manitoba. Following residency training, a Breast Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship was completed at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. A Facial Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship was thereafter completed at the Plastic Surgery Center of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI.

Dr. Low has published numerous articles on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery in peer reviewed journals. Along with leaders in plastic surgery, he was recently invited to author textbook chapters on breast augmentation with breast lifts and laser assisted liposuction. In addition, he has been selected to speak at national plastic surgery symposiums and conferences. He is on the medical editorial review board of numerous prestigious university teaching hospitals and a national publishing firm that provides online patient education in plastic surgery.

He has garnered a reputation for his experience, expertise and commitment to excellence and in the process, has been recognized locally as one of the Best Doctors in California and nationally as one of the Top Plastic Surgeons in America. He has also been the recipient of Patient’s Choice Awards.
